Services

Depending on location, weather, and level of privacy desired, sessions may be held in your home or at a local park or outdoor area. Owning your own exercise equipment is not required; I provide the equipment necessary for your workout. Any equipment you own may be easily incorporated into your program.

Individual Training

Signing up for individual training ensures that everything we do will revolve around you! This type of training is ideal if you have a very specific goal or would like personal and private attention.

Partner Training

Partner training is a more affordable way to hire a personal trainer since you and your training partner share the cost of sessions. If you and a friend, spouse or other family member are working towards similar goals this is a great way to help you stay focused. Partner training is not recommended for people who have drastically different goals.

Fitness Training

You do not need to be an athlete to work with a trainer! In fact, no experience in exercise is required at all. If your goals are oriented toward improving your health and/or appearance this is the type of program that is best for you.

Sport-Specific Training

One definition of an athlete is "a person who participates in sport, exercise, or game requiring physical skill". This may apply to you whether you are training to finish a marathon in a certain time or you are going on a ski trip with your family this winter. You will benefit from sport specific training if you are participating in any kind of sporting activity regardless of the competition.

Running Analysis

Fitness training is important to improve running performance, and running mechanics are equally as important to prevent injury.  In order to analyze your running mechanics, video will be taken and analyzed using Dartfish software to determine the causes or potential causes of injury.  Exercises or other additional assessments will be recommended for you based on your analysis and goals.  The running analysis will be completed in two separate appointments, one to capture video and another to review the results.
